What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all commonly used cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express as well as PayPal and Vegannection.

Delivery Information?

Postage is charged at £2.99 for standard delivery and £4.99 for next day delivery.

Next day delivery orders must be ordered by 12 pm that day to ensure next day arrival. If your order is over £40 standard delivery is replaced with free shipping.

The parcels are sent with Royal Mail & DPD to every UK postcode (additional charges may apply to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland and Europe).

Can I return my order?

Under the Health and Safety Act, Dolma can not accept returns of perfumes and colognes. We understand that perfumes and colognes are difficult to choose and offer individual vials and perfume and cologne discovery sets to make sure you find the one for you without buying a full-sized bottle. If you have any questions about which perfume or cologne you are considering, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What are your delivery times?

We use Royal Mail and expect you to receive your order 3-5 working days from the date of order.  Please allow a little longer when we are running offers and seasonal trade.

Do you have a phone number?

We do have a phone number 0800 246 1935. However we are only a small business and cant always man the line, a voicemail can be left, and we try to reply within 24hrs, a much quicker method is email which can be sent to

Do you offer FREE samples?

We would love to offer you free samples however as  we are still a small business it’s not within our range. We do however sell 1.8ml trials in all our fragrances which is a great way to explore which is the best for you. Another popular option is the Discovery Boxset that contains all 12 women’s perfumes and a;; 4 men’s colognes. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

It’s no problem to cancel or amend your order, just send an email to as soon as possible so we can help you to sort it out.

Do you have any shops?

Unfortunately, we currently are an online business only and don’t have any shops.

How do I use my promotional code?

To apply a promotional code to your basket, simply enter a valid code when at the cart page and hit “Apply Coupon”. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order.

How do I find out about offers and promotions?

Our newsletters are the best place to get amazing offers and promotions. If you’re not already signed up, just head to the box on the bottom of our site on the Home Page, enter your email and click subscribe, easy!

How can I see when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been placed it will be processing on our internal system, when it is dispatched by Royal Mail you will receive an email update which will state “Your Order Is Complete”.  Please allow 3-5 working days and a little longer when we are running offers and seasonal trade.

My item hasn’t arrived yet?

Is your website secure?

It certainly is, when you order online with us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology so you can be safe that your order will be placed safely and securely.

– A web address using “HTTPS” (The extra “S”means it’s a secure connection.
– Secure sites show a closed padlock emblem you can click on for security details – the most trustworthy sites will have green padlocks or address bars.
– And browsers show warning signs when the connection is NOT secure – like a red padlock, a padlock that is not closed, a line going through the website’s address, or a triangle on top of the padlock emblem.

Do we deliver overseas?

Yes, we do! We deliver to the following countries outside of the UK: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. While we hope for quick delivery, please be patient if deliveries are delayed. Current deliveries may have delays due to new trade regulations.
