Postage is charged at £2.99 and is sent with Royal Mail & DPD to every UK postcode (additional charged may apply to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland and Europe). What payment methods do you accept?
We use SagePay or Paypal as our merchant online so can accept all the most commonly used cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Can I pay with PayPal without an account? Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It’s no problem to cancel or amend your order, send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can help you to sort it out. Please also include your order number.
What are your delivery times?
We use Royal Mail and expect you to receive your order 3-5 working days from the date of order. Please allow a little longer when we are running offers and seasonal trade.
Do you have a phone number?
We do have a phone number 0800 246 1935. However we are only a small business and cant always man the line, a voicemail can be left, and we try to reply within 24hrs, a much quicker method is email which can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer FREE samples?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free samples, as we are only a small business it is simply not economical to do this currently. Unfortunately, we currently are an online business only and don’t have any shops.
How do I use my promotional code?
To apply a promotional code to your basket, simply enter a valid code when at the cart page and hit “Apply Coupon”. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order.
How do I find out about offers and promotions?
Our newsletters are the best place to get amazing offers and promotions. If you’re not already signed up, just head to the box on the bottom of our site on the Home Page, enter your email and click subscribe, easy!
How can I see when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been placed it will be processing on our internal system, when it is dispatched by Royal Mail you will receive an email update which will state “Your Order Is Complete”. Please allow 3-5 working days and a little longer when we are running offers and seasonal trade.
My item hasn’t arrived yet?
If you haven’t received your order after the delivery period (3-5 workings day) has ended, please get in touch either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have received the wrong product, what do I do?
Please get in touch by sending an email to email@example.com and we’ll get the replacements to you as soon as possible.
Is your website secure?
It certainly is, when you order online with us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology so you can be safe that your order will be placed safely and securely.
– A web address using “HTTPS” (The extra “S”means it’s a secure connection.
– Secure sites show a closed padlock emblem you can click on for security details – the most trustworthy sites will have green padlocks or address bars.
– And browsers show warning signs when the connection is NOT secure – like a red padlock, a padlock that is not closed, a line going through the website’s address, or a triangle on top of the padlock emblem.
