We can accept payment by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro, and Solo) or postal order (made payable to Trusted Nature Limited). We also accept cheques made payable toTrusted Nature Limited. All payments will be cleared through our bank before goods are dispatched. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address that you gave with your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam filter. Please email us if you have any queries regarding your order.
We regret, for reasons of hygiene, goods cannot be exchanged. We suggest you try the trial size perfumes and aftershaves before purchasing larger bottles.
Order Cancellation Charges
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
All credit and debit transactions are processed using Sage Pay. Before being asked for your credit card information you will be transferred to Sage Pay’s secure server. Sage Pay use the 3-D Secure protocol for added security, so Visa and MasterCard customers will be given the opportunity to register and/or enter their pin numbers. No card information is stored on our site.
We can supply UK residents only. We always try to dispatch goods within 7 working days but during busy periods and holidays this may not be possible so please allow 14 working days for delivery. If your order fails to arrive after 14 days, please contact us. All perfume and aftershave orders are sent by Royal Mail.
If out during the day please supply an address where parcel can be safely delivered and signed for.
Postage and Packing Charges
Postage and packing is added at the checkout stage. All orders are charged at £2.95 with Standard Royal Mail Delivery.
Returns Procedure, Refunds and Exchanges
We regret that for reasons of hygiene, goods cannot be exchanged. We suggest you try the trial size perfumes and aftershaves before purchasing larger bottles. We are happy to exchange goods only if damaged or faulty. Goods need to be returned in their original packaging with a note of explanation.
Please note that from time to time certain ingredients used in our perfumes may become unavailable necessitating slight modifications to formulae. There may also be a variation in the colour of a fragrance from batch to batch. This is because we use a large proportion of natural essential oils, which can vary considerably in colour from harvest to harvest.
